Christine Abrahams has been the K-12 counseling services supervisor since 2008 at the Hopewell Valley Regional School District. Prior to joining the district she was a counselor at Hunterdon Central Regional High School. A former vice president of marketing at Merrill Lynch, she also taught English and English as a Second Language in New York City. She has been an adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey where she taught a class in college counseling.
A licensed professional counselor, Ms. Abrahams has master’s degrees in English as a Second Language from Hunter College and counselor education from The College of New Jersey. She holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Rowan University. She is the owner of the Inspire Institute, an educational consulting firm as well as Whole Life Healing, a wellness/life coaching firm that helps adolescents and adults achieve their highest potential.
